Overview:
Glasnevin Cemetery Monument Works Ltd is seeking a full-time Stonemason & Inscriptions Labourer.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the preparation, inscription, cleaning, restoration,
handling and installation of headstones, plaques and other memorials.
A significant part of the role will involve inscription and lettering work, requiring excellent attention
to detail and accuracy. However, the position is not limited to inscriptions and will involve a combination
of manual labour, outdoor work, monument handling, preparation and cleaning, as well as other workshop
duties depending on the requirements of the business.
The successful candidate will be expected to work safely and professionally, follow instructions,
measurements, templates and layouts accurately, and demonstrate sensitivity and discretion when working
in cemeteries and around memorials.

Overview:
Glasnevin Cemetery Monument Works Ltd is seeking a full-time Qualified Stonecutter / Stonemason.
The post holder will be responsible for creating and restoring monuments, including carving, shaping,
polishing and lettering.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out safe, high-quality work both in the yard and
on-site, while providing exceptional customer service with sensitivity and professionalism when working
with bereaved families.
The role will also involve maintaining equipment and adhering strictly to health and safety standards.
The post holder will have responsibility for mentoring an apprentice, including training oversight,
skills development and maintaining accurate progress records.
